How do you accept payment? Currently my preferred payment method is Zelle or Cashapp, though other venues may be available upon request. I do not work with PayPal.

What is the cost? For heads the base price is $600 for up to 3 colors with basic detailing. It can go up in price depending on overall design work needed and additional colors. 

What kind of headbases do you use? I use headbases modeled by a creator by the name of MaimFace who's work can be seen at Their Website . As a standard offering they are printed in Elegoo Rapid PETG. They can also be printed TPU if you're looking for more durability or a "squishy" feel for a minimal additional fee.

How long does it take? I generally quote 12-16 weeks for a full head though this can extend depending on design demands. You can expect an additional 4-8 weeks for each additional item (hand paws, feet paws, tail).

Do you work in a pet free environment? NO. I have dogs, and no matter how sanitary you may be, if you own pets you cannot safely guarantee your products will be free of allergens. If you have a pet allergy accommodations can be made to construct your suit outside of my current work space but I will still be the one making your suit and there is a chance that contamination can occur. 

Do you offer payment plan? At this time I do not have the means to offer a payment plan. I offer a simple 50/50 split payment system. You pay half of the quoted price to begin the commission and the final half to complete it. If you were on the waitlist and cannot pay the initial deposit when your commission comes up no harm no foul, you stay on the waitlist as the next entry in line and I move on to whoever was after you, You just let me know when you've got the finances necessary to move forward. 

What is your cancelation/refund policy? Once work has begun on your commission there are no refunds. There is a period after you have accepted your quote and paid your deposit in which we will discuss your commission, I will assess the materials needed to complete it and we will agree to move forward. Once we have reached this point work is considered started. There are no refunds once work has begun on your commission though you may choose not to complete your commission in which case you will not be obligated to pay the remaining half though you will forfeit the deposit. 

How does shipping work? Once your commission has been completed I will contact you for the address you would like your item(s) shipped to and provide you with an estimated date of arrival or expedited options, should you require them. I generally use UPS whenever available, though should you prefer another carrier we can discuss the option. Packages are not insured unless the consignee requests it and will incur an additional fee according to the carrier services charges.
